Featured: Khaane Mein Kya Hai by Kunal Vijayakar

For anyone who loved his Times Now show, The Foodie, he is back! Ever since I switched to Digital from Tata Sky, I terribly missed him and his love for food.

But then, one day, suddenly he popped on YouTube, with the same twinkle in his eyes whenever he sees food. There was Anthony Bourdain and then there is Kunal Vijayakar, one of the best and most-entertaining food bloggers in the world. The good news is that he now has a YouTube channel named, Khaane Mein Kya Hai. What does that mean?

Happy days are here again!

If you haven’t watched any of his episodes, on his channel or his Times Now show, The Foodie, you may wonder what’s so special about him? It’s his love for food. If you are a food lover, you would know what I mean here. It is a treat to watch him adore food. Isn’t that the case with other food bloggers? If that question crossed your mind, just watch at least one episode of Khaane Mein Kya Hai and you will know the difference yourself.

Now again, if you are like me who thinks Biryani isn’t a dish, it’s an emotion, you would watch Kunal Vijayakar drool over food forever. Some of my favourite episodes on this channel are the latest, Ghar Ka Bana Nawabi Khaana, How to Make World’s Best Biryani, Mumbai Police ke Khaane Mein Kya Hai, and Best Ever Malvani Food. From the titles itself, you can understand the diversity of content – from Malvani and Nawabi to the food in the tiffin box, Kunal Vijayakar covers it all for you.

And for a foodie, food is food! No matter whether it is served on a silver plate or a banana leaf, in a 5-star hotel or a hut – food that is cooked with love, is undoubtedly, heaven on your plate.

Since the channel started 6 months ago, there are only around 30 videos for now. In case you are planning to binge-watch, you can easily clear your plate on the coming weekend.

As you go watch Kunal Vijayakar live the life foodies dream of, I end this blog with the description in Khaane Mein Kya Hai’s ‘ABOUT’ section to give you the exact idea of why you should follow this channel:

"From the eating on the streets to dining in five stars, from barging into houses to showcasing tasty table-top recipes, from regular fare to unusual foods and from exploring cultures to rediscovering forgotten foods, Kunal Vijayakar’s food adventure is here to tickle your taste buds with Khaane Mein Kya Hai?"

P.S: Beware! Ye show aapko mota, bahut mota kar sakta hai.
